Description On March 31st 2007 this proposal (again using "without chicanes" layout) was officially presented, even with a promotional lap of the circuit (open to normal traffic) by Marc Webber driving a Renault Mégane.
Start finish straight should be built in front of grandstand being built for National Day, on bay shore. Possibly it will be the first F.1 GP to be raced in the night

Description Sling chicane (Turn 10) was reprofiled. Moreover, turns 5 and 7 were reprofiled and wall external to Turn 21 was changed. Section between Turns 3 and 7 were repaved, as well as the one between Turns 14 and 19. Paddock was lowered and kerbs at chicane 10 were remodeled. Colouring of the walls was changed for TV reasons,
