Circuito di Alessandria "Pietro Bordino"
Description Street track used from 1924 to 1930; then it was replaced by 8 km circuit. Maybe starting line was near Cittadella, but I have no evidence about this info.
On April 1928, during "Circuito di Alessandria" practice, the famous local driver Pietro Bordino died because of an accident near San Michele, where shown on my map. Later, this track was named after him. For more info (and a picture) about this accident, see Atlas F.1 - The Nostalgia Forum

Alessandria football stadium. Start line should have been more or less here.Spalto Rovereto, where start-finish line was. On the left, football stadiumOn the first corner site, now there is this roundabout. The circuit went on in Lungo Tanaro Solferino, under the trees, exactly where there is the yellow spot on thumbnailThe same roundabout, seen from the opposite side. Previous photo was taken in front of the gray house, in the middle of the picture.

Bridge (No. 55) on motorway A21 Turin-Piacenza (km 68); of course in 1930s it doesn’t exist.
I don’t know if present road is in the same place of the old one or if the bridge was built a few meters from the old read.

As previous photo, from the beginning of next straight (of course taken in opposite direction). You can see very well also junction between old road, used by the circuit (and where this photo was taken), and the new one, built later for cross over the motorwayAbandoned section of Strada Carlo Forlanini (Carlo Forlanini’s Road)Motorway where it cuts the old straight. On the left there is new bridge (Motorway A21 - bridge No. 56), in background the second half of abandoned straightStrada Carlo Forlanini, where it joins abandoned straight

Bridge on river Tanaro. I don’t think it is the same used in 1930s…The original bend (yellow on thumbnail) has been replaced by this big roundabout (red). Circuit went on towards building in the middle of the pictureBack in the town, this is the beginning of Viale Milite Ignoto (Unknown Soldier Viale). Building on the left is the same shown in the middle of the previous photo, so far awayViale Milite Ignoto (Unknown Soldier Viale), in the middle of the straight. Trees on the left are in center of the road, on the left there is another road like this one for traffic coming in opposite direction. I don’t think in 1930s this road as like this, trees don’t look so old, but this is only my idea.
