Description |
Proposal for great sporting facilities, including a target-shooting field, a velodrome and a circuit, maybe suitable for F.1 too. Funds should have been suppied by National Government. In first days of September 1981 some meetings were scheduled between Government and Car and Motorbike Federation. The goal was to open the fourth permanent Spanish circuit within 1983. |
