Description In Spring 1970, Baron Emanuel De Graffenried, at that time he was one of the most important representative of Swiss motor racing, declared that - in spite of the prohibition of circuit races in the whole country - he is fighing for build a permanent circuit near to Freiburg, «in order to remember forever Jo Siffert (at that time he was still racing) and to give to Switzerland an important race program».
