Description Project dated summer 1988 for a new circuit that replace the old Rouen Les Essart. Near to the track, other facilities should have been built, including a motoristic playground and new Larrousse F.1 team factory. It should have been opened in 1990.
This proposal was not developed because it was decided to improve Magny-Cours. At the end of 1990s a horse raceway has been built in this area.
