Description Construction of this circuit started on October 1st 2008 and in 2008 the goal was to host MotoGP and DTM events in 2010 . In September 2011 the track is still under construction and inauguration is scheduled in July 2012. It should be suitable for Formula 1 too.
Not to be confused with Moscow Ring, operational at the end of 1990s.
