LONGCHAMPS
Not to be confused with Longchamps
Description Still without the municipal authorization to host horse races, on February 6th 1910 the Longchamps racecourse hosted the first verified flight in Latin America, carried out by the Frenchman Henri Brègi on a Voisin plane. To entertain the more than 3000 present, on that day a motorcycle and 2 car races were held on the horse track 3000 meter long respectively for the "Anzani", Touring Club and "Villa Longchamps" prizes.

On February 7th 1910, Henri Brègi once again made a demonstration of air navigation and a car race 50 km - 19 mi long was held.

Finally, on February 8th 1910, Henri Brégi made a couple of flights on his Voisin for the third time and another 50 km - 19 mi long race was held.
