Napoli, via Caracciolo
Description Project for two street circuits on which the first race of 1999 Italian Tourism Championship (CIVT) should have been raced on Aprile 4th. The race has been canceled at the middle of March, when some works were already done.

Via Caracciolo circuit should have been for the race; as it is quite short, preliminary qualifying should have been raced on the minor circuit, inside Fiera d’Oltremare (around "Teatro Mediterraneo")
