Description Proposal dated June 2006 for organibg a Champ Car event at Malta. I have no more infos following official presentation of the project. Ta’ Qali is a wide open space in the middle of Malta; during World War Two it was used as a military airfield for the Royal Air Force (RAF). Now it hosts National Football Stadium
