Description The circuit was originally designed to stage a "spec race" (to be help at end of 1990 or beginning of 1991) with stars from all the major circuits but ended up being postponed until 1993 (with a little different layout) and then cancelled. The Original promoters tried to organize a race called the Hawaiian Superprix for CART in 2000 but it failed as well.
