Description This circuit is quoted in an article about Alfredo Vinueza, a driver from Ecuador active from 1951 to 1970. Moreover, I found a photo of Daniel Bergna on a Peugeot 106 Rally, so probably it was taken not before the end of 1990s. I have no more info.
