This circuit is quoted in an article about Alfredo Vinueza, a driver from Ecuador active from 1951 to 1970. On October 12^th 1964 it hosted one edition of Bogotá "6 hours", a touring car event. In 1967 it hosted (on the same track?) an event of the first Bolivarian Touring Car Championship. I have no more info.
