Description In 1975 new Woodcode chicane was built in order to slow cars on track. This map was issued by Autosprint on Great Britain GP 1975 introduction, one week before the race, in order to show changes. As you can see, this layout is completely different from what it was built, it’s more similar to layout used in 1987-1990. I don’t know if this was a previous proposal not developed or a wrong map by Autosprint.

Description In 1987 Woodcode chicane was modified in order to slow cars on track. This layout was used until the end of 1990, when the circuit was completely renewed.
In this section, Club Circuit used only Woodcote corner, while there was also a little longer course, National Circuit, that used new Luffield corner too.
It’s funny to notice that in that periodo there were (at least in Italy) two maps of the same track layout, quite different and both wrong (see below). Besides, it’s funny to notice that they are quite similar to the map published by Autosprint in 1975, wrong as well.

Description In winter 1990/1991 the traditional English circuit was changed because it was too gast and dangeorus. There were several changes: new ’S’ at Maggots - Becketts - Chapel, section between Stowe and Club and final section: the old Woodcote chicane was replaced by a new section named "Complex" with some slow corners (Priory - Brooklands - Luffield).
Some more shorter layouts were available: Club, National and South courses.

Description According to Wikipedia, in 2000 Luffield Complex was slighly modified, but I have no evidence in other sources. In 2010 it was replaced as main circuit by a new layout. On March 1st 2011 Silverstone Circuits confirmed that the Bridge section of the track (the distinguish this layout from the newer one) had been decommissioned and would not be used again, even if the tarmac will still remain intact and not be removed.
