Not to be confused with Smolensk
Description Permanent circuit under construction. At beginning of 2009 a lot of work has been finished, track was paved with exception of one zone that should be paved in Spring 2009. Track features nice altitude changes and it has two sections - one after the start is very technical and second one, after turn 6 is very fast with sweeping corners. Hope they'd finish it within the end of 2009 despite finacional difficulties.
