Not to be confused with Jerez de la Frontera, autódromo - Jerez de la Frontera, Avenida - Jerez de la Frontera, El Portal - Jerez de la Frontera, Mercajerez - Jerez de la Frontera, San Benito
Description On September 22nd 1963 it hosted ITrofeo Nuestra Señora de la Merced (1st Trophy Nuestra Señora de la Merced), a motorbike race in which the famous rider Antonio Sánchez ("Peluqui") died. Many years after, a corner of autódromo (permanent circuit) was named after him. The circuit was used for some more editions, with one or more different layouts, but I have no more infos. Not to be confused with other Jerez circuits.

A sectionof the track went through Parque (Park) Gonzáles Hontoria and near the old stadium. Now this area is completely changes and not recognizable on aerial photos
