Description Prešov hosted 31 motorbike events from 1947 to 1992 on some different circuits, at first in town center, while the last one was on the motorway just ouside the town itself. First races were local events, but from 1960s they were among the most importants events in Czechoslovakia.
Šarišský okruh means ’Šariš circuit’, while Šariš is the name of the region around Prešov.
