| Description |
Proposal for a permanent circuit at Luanda. Inside the track there should have been ATCA (Automóvel e Touring Clube de Angola, Angolan Car and Touring Club) seat. The track should have a certain difference in level, but I have no more details. Not to be confused with Barra do Cuanza circuit. |

| Location |
Luanda Luanda Sources report that it is at Morro da Samba, between km 1 and 2 of Estrada da Samba. I am not able to identify precisely this location, but I think it is in current southern suburb of Luanda, not far from airport. |
