TUCUMÁN, 9 DE JULIO, DOMINGO BASAIL
Description Circuit first used on July 18th 1970. It was used for Argentinian championship up to 1993, after that it was used very rarely. The dedication to Domingo Basail appears only (among the sources I found) for the 12 Horas Ciudad de Tucumán, a Citroën race held in October or November 1970.
