Hampton Downs Motorsport Park
Description Proposed permanent road circuit. After some bureaucratic problems, the developers hope to have all planning permission by mid year (2005?). Complex will include also 80 apartments, 12 industrial units, 32 two-car garages, a caming and an SUV area. The track has 10 corners, 5 right-hand and 5 left; main straight is 885 m long with a 15 m rise and fall. The back straight is flat and 800 m long.

Hampton Downs Motorsport Park
Description Construction started on February 23rd 2007 and it should be finished within two years.

Track layout is slighly different from the previous proposal. Start/finish straight has a kink in the middle and a 12 m - 39 ft rise and fall, while opposite straight is flat.
